Shipping policy

Free delivery, Australia-wide

Delivery anywhere in Australia is free, with no minimum spend. The price you see on the product is the price you pay. Nothing is added at checkout and nothing is collected on delivery.

No duty, no GST, no surprise invoices

Your order is sent from overseas. Consignments to Australia valued under $1,000 do not attract customs duty, and Pacific Crest Commerce Limited is not registered for Australian GST, so no GST is charged either. A courier will never knock on your door asking for money.

How long it takes

We pack and dispatch within 3-7 business days of your payment clearing. Transit then takes 7-14 business days. Remote and regional postcodes can add a few days.

We email you at every stage, so you always know where your order is.

Who delivers

The parcel travels with an international carrier and is handed to Australia Post for the final leg, so it arrives the same way as any other letter or parcel.

Tracking

We email your tracking number the moment the parcel is lodged. If the tracking status has not moved for 5 business days, email morningcurls@outlook.com and we will chase the carrier for you.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel goes missing or turns up damaged, tell us. We lodge the claim with the carrier ourselves and either resend the product or refund you. We do not send you off to argue with the courier.

Wrong address

Check your delivery address before you confirm the order. If you spot a mistake, email morningcurls@outlook.com within 12 hours and we will fix it if the parcel has not been lodged yet.
