1. About these terms

1.1. These terms set out how you may use the Morning Curls online store (morningcurls.com) and how orders are placed.

1.2. The store is owned and operated by Pacific Crest Commerce Limited, company registration number 80627070, registered office: Flat 2304, 23/F Ho King Comm Centre, 2-16 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok, Hong Kong. Contact: morningcurls@outlook.com.

1.3. These terms are available free of charge on the store at any time before you place an order.

1.4. Placing an order means you have read these terms and accept them.

2. Products

2.1. We sell hair care and sleep accessories, including heatless curling ribbons and rollers, scrunchies, bonnets, sleep masks, brushes, claws and hair towel wraps.

2.2. Our fabric accessories are made from satin. We do our best to make descriptions and photographs accurate. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.

3. Prices and payment

3.1. All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are the final price you pay.

3.2. Pacific Crest Commerce Limited is a Hong Kong company and is not registered for Australian GST, so no GST is added at checkout. Goods sent to Australia in consignments valued under $1,000 do not attract customs duty. You will never be asked for extra money on delivery.

3.3. Payment is handled by a third-party payment provider. The available payment methods are shown in your cart and at checkout.

4. Orders and delivery

4.1. A contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order.

4.2. Delivery anywhere in Australia is free. There are no minimum spend thresholds.

4.3. Orders are packed and dispatched within 3-7 business days of payment clearing, then take 7-14 business days in transit. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

4.4. Your goods are shipped from overseas. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

5. Returns and change of mind

5.1. Australian law does not give a general cooling-off right for online purchases. We offer one anyway: you have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.

5.2. Exceptions apply for hygiene reasons. You pay the return postage on a change-of-mind return.

6. Consumer guarantees

6.1. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

6.2. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies those guarantees.

6.3. Claims go to morningcurls@outlook.com. We respond within 2 business days and resolve claims within 14 days.

7. Personal information

7.1. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. General

8.1. These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in this clause takes away any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that applies to you and cannot be excluded by agreement.

8.2. We may update these terms. Orders already placed are governed by the version that applied when the order was made.
